With Oui Do It All, if you’re looking for a property in Normandy you don’t have to worry about anything. We’ll get everything done from finding your property to your moving in.

We can find properties for you to view
We find a short list of properties meeting your exact requirements and then email you pictures and detailed descriptions – saving you time and money. When you are ready we setup a viewing and arrange your accommodation.
We’ll keep looking as long as necessary but the agencies I work with have got a very good selection so it’s usually quite fast. Some customers contacted me end of November, came over to visit some properties for New Year and I signed the compromis de vente on the 8th of January, the house was theirs in April. Some others decided to come over for 2 weeks to look with me and they signed their compromis before they left.
Negotiation
We’ll then negotiate the price for you as much as possible.
The last negotiation we did dropped €10,000!
Arranging the Finance
We’ll assist you with your sterling exchange in any currency. We’ll arrange the mortgage for you and open a French bank account for you if necessary; we’ll make the appointments for you and assist you during the meetings.
Assistance during the signing process
The next step is signing the “compromis de vente” at the notary. You can come over to sign or send us a power of attorney (we will send you the French version) and we’ll sign for you. It will take 3 months before we can sign the “acte de vente” following the same process as for the compromis.
The property is now yours but we’re still here to help. We’ll get your water, electric and phone connected if you wish. We’ll arrange the insurances.
All you have to do is move in and here again we can help.
The Costs
You probably think where is the catch…How much is it all going to cost.
Their is no catch, for all the property services, we charge a set price if the property’s price is less than €50,000 we charge 3% of its price (before negotiation), if it’s between €50,000 and €250,000: 2%, if it’s more than €250,000: 1%.
So for a €33,000 barn we’ll charge you €999, for a €148,000 house €2960 and for a €400,000 property €4000.
Most of the time, when we negotiate the price of your property, we save you more money than what we charge you for all the property services.
There is no payment up front, you pay us when you sign the compromis de vente, this way if we can’t find you the right house, it doesn’t cost you anything…
